By donating to the MRI Institute you will be helping to support research in multiple sclerosis as it relates to Chronic Cerebral Spinal Venous Insufficiency (CCSVI) with a focus on the following ideas:
1. Vascular Abnormalities in MS
2. Hemodynamic Changes in the MS Brain related to CCSVI
3. Increased Iron Content and Its Relationship to Vascular Damage in MS
As these concepts develop, we will apply for appropriate institutional review board approvals at any university or hospital with whom we collaborate.
Our goal is to broaden our understanding of CCSVI and increase the accessibility of these technologies to the community at large.
